This Cast Iron Pan is very Versatile.
Make a great Pizza with a crispy crust, Korean Pancakes, Fry Chicken, etc.
Cast Iron lasts a lifetime or two if taken care of properly. Just oil well, wipe off, put in your oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes to season and leave in your oven to store. That's what I do. If you get it seasoned well. your pan becomes non stick when you cook foods like eggs.
